The founder of Laika Realtors, trained in architecture and business administration, established Package Homes Sdn Bhd in 1978 and pioneered the first condominium development of Kuala Lumpur. With the fast expanding property development in the city, Package Homes (sole proprietorship) was formed to venture into the real estate business in 1989 and successfully marketed several prominent developments. Since then Package Homes grew in strength and size and was renamed Laika Realtors in 1997. In early 2006 Laika Realtors underwent a corporate restructure and is now known as Laika Realtors Sdn. Bhd. , with the admission of Annette Lai as director.
